I understand Telugu and I can tell you that whatever Dr. Raj has said in Telugu, he has repeated it in English in the next line. You have frankly not missed anything. Yeah may be one at 19:05 it is, Nee Intane Jantane ...means Swami is telling Dr. Raj "I am always with you".
