How To Make Chocolate Lip Gloss

- This is a simple to make 3 ingredient lip gloss.
CHOCOLATE LIP GLOSS RECIPE
Makes 3-4 tiny lip pots
3 teaspoons melted cocoa butter
1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
3-6 semisweet chocolate chips (I like a hint of chocolate and use 3 chips, 6 chips adds a darker color with more chocolate flavor)
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt all ingredients together on low heat just until melted.
2. Pour mixture into lip pots.
3. Allow lip gloss to firm.
4. Cap
To Use:
Apply lip gloss to lips as often as you want.
It’s best to use the lip gloss within 6 months - 1 year.
This is an edible lip gloss and children friendly.

Hello can I use beeswax instead of coco butter.
Wow great video. I see videos of others putting Vaseline, wax, lipstick for color can u make a video on making a lip gloss with a natural coloring.. What would u suggest for coloring that's a natural colorant to put in a lip gloss? That is of wine or berry...natural colorant that stays preserved
+Annie Ray There are many ways to color but it is more detailed then replying here. One simple way is to infuse alkanet root, infuse it into the oil.
How long would u suggest putting this lip balm in the fridge for after u pour it into a container?
edabella143 No need to refrigerate but if you put it in the fridge then do so until it sets up/is firm.

Cailyn Rose Thomas Yes try another butter. It may be softer as cocoa butter is a firm butter.

@@TheFamilyshow Probably not. That would make it edible though if you could. By "butter" it's like natural butter.
This is cute but I have one issue. This may not last very long, you didnt say. You also failed to give measurments or to let us know how to store the product.
