Ok so my lil trick is...... take te braid and loop through at base like ur crocheting the braid. Do only 1 time will tighten everything up for a bit

The scalp refresh has apple cider vinegar and other ingredients so not at all tbh .. plus I washed my hair in the braids every two weeks or so
