It does! Changes the camera settings for use everywhere, including the home app
How good are these for outdoor use? What other options would you recommend for an outdoor camera?
They’re not weather-proof, but if they were in a covered area (like a patio) they can work that way! Otherwise the Eve Outdoor camera (which is a floodlight cam) is a great option. And Logitech Circle View has been decent, have two of those.

Is the basic camera HSV compatible? It looks like there’s an answer from tp-link on the Best Buy page saying it isn’t compatible.
Im wondering the same thing, there is no mentioning of HKSV on the Tp link website.
How does this compare with Aqara g3 or g2h pro?
I don’t have the g3, but the G2H is good. Also acts as an Aqara hub. But I find these are better quality video and a little more reliable.
Confused - at 5:55 you said if you want 2K video recordings from the cameras, you will need the Tapo subscription. Based on other reviews I've seen, this is what the microSD card Is for, right? No subscription needed.
You're correct, SD card recordings are 2K as well
Can you pls to do a video or tell me a reliable/good company for smart plugs, dying to find a good one, bought a couple from amazon, they become unresponsive after a while

I have had really great experience with Kasa smart outlets and switches. Everything from Kasa has been really good.
Get meross one they are very reliable. I have been using them for 2 years
For me it only works in Home or in Tapo App. It can not be paired if it’s already connected to one of them. How did you do this?
I connected to Home first, and then the Taco app gets access by opening your Home Data to the app

2k in HKSV?
No, HKSV can’t go above 1080p.
Unfortunately not, you need to use the Tapo app to see 2K. But the Tapo app is pretty good now!
