I am struggling with (metaphorically) a pack of wolves. I feel they will not stop until they hunt me down. I have no choice but to continue. This is so funny because i just joined a small gym to tone up and I went yesterday and asked how to use the equipment and the main trainer looked at me rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I turned to one of the women there and said I just need to know how to use them, not form or anything. And she did. I now feel comfortable going in. I’m not letting the discomfort get to me. I packed my workout clothes and today will be day one of muscle conditioning. I cycle but now that I’ve lost weight this is my next step. Never have been a weights person. But I’m excited to transform my body and mind and soul. Something new and different. Also yes my mid back on the left bothers me all the time and my muscles feel sore even though I haven’t done the weights yet. lol. Just wanted to mention how accurate you are. Thank you. Been mostly lying in bed with ice cream since the solstice. Never been one for striving to the top and most goats I've seen have been perched half way up some impossible cliff. However been having some ringing in my left ear lately and well some miracles'd be inspiring.. as you said, got that been there done that feeling and need the Universe to say ''how about THIS, and here's the means.''
Heh. Your description has been the last 3-5 days. Between workouts at the gym, and plasma donations, consistent messages from Source, trying to take care of my schooling application, learning a new Craft, taking care of my clogged toilet and shower, and damp rug, salt rituals, broken motorcycle and the bus/lyft rides/long ass walks (sometimes covering 10+ miles a day), I want to rest but there is still more to do. As the saying goes I can sleep when I am dead. This morning among the wet vacuuming, i say up against my wall for minutes at a time taking batman naps, and then as I cleared it i wiped up with adult wipes and changed clothes and then laid down for about an hour and died 😂😂😂💀💀 I was drooling so I know I got some god nap time in. Even now after sitting for a bit I am now walking for another 2.5 miles to go withdraw money for washing, and to get a fee things from walmart once more to finish up the rest. Then I need to dump the salt and place everything back into my room and then set up my abundance corner with my tarot and work station, set up another salt bowl with intentions for manifestation of abundance, and then do a collective reading and then cook dinner. Over the last few nights I have been eating so much wagyu and wingstop, peanut butter, protein shakes mostly the latter to keep myself up and going and it’s now time to make myself some bomb dinner. Tonights’s dinner is going to be Flat Iron Steak Vodka and Cream Cicatelli, unless this dry aged Ribeye is done… Oh did I mention i got me a Tungsten Ring with a Blue band finish? Speaks volumes of the endurance and calmness I have had to maintain as well as the clarity of it all now. And yes my back hurts 😂😂😂🗿🗿🗿

This is so funny because i just joined a small gym to tone up and I went yesterday and asked how to use the equipment and the main trainer looked at me rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I turned to one of the women there and said I just need to know how to use them, not form or anything. And she did. I now feel comfortable going in. I’m not letting the discomfort get to me. I packed my workout clothes and today will be day one of muscle conditioning. I cycle but now that I’ve lost weight this is my next step. Never have been a weights person. But I’m excited to transform my body and mind and soul. Something new and different. Also yes my mid back on the left bothers me all the time and my muscles feel sore even though I haven’t done the weights yet. lol. Just wanted to mention how accurate you are. Thank you. I didn’t even want to date and this person from my past 6 years ago just came out of no where. Only to do the same exact thing he did to me back then. I’m a strong and spiritual woman so it was an ego check but it’s ok, I know we must stay humble, everything is temporary and these lessons are happening because we are elevating. It was just my turn to have heartbreak again. I’m handling it better than I thought and I’m using it as bait to better myself and grow from this second experience. I enjoy watching your readings. Been mostly lying in bed with ice cream since the solstice. Never been one for striving to the top and most goats I've seen have been perched half way up some impossible cliff. Heh. Your description has been the last 3-5 days. Between workouts at the gym, and plasma donations, consistent messages from Source, trying to take care of my schooling application, learning a new Craft, taking care of my clogged toilet and shower, and damp rug, salt rituals, broken motorcycle and the bus/lyft rides/long ass walks (sometimes covering 10+ miles a day), I want to rest but there is still more to do. As the saying goes I can sleep when I am dead. This morning among the wet vacuuming, i say up against my wall for minutes at a time taking batman naps, and then as I cleared it i wiped up with adult wipes and changed clothes and then laid down for about an hour and died 😂😂😂💀💀 I was drooling so I know I got some god nap time in. Even now after sitting for a bit I am now walking for another 2.5 miles to go withdraw money for washing, and to get a fee things from walmart once more to finish up the rest. Then I need to dump the salt and place everything back into my room and then set up my abundance corner with my tarot and work station, set up another salt bowl with intentions for manifestation of abundance, and then do a collective reading and then cook dinner. Over the last few nights I have been eating so much wagyu and wingstop, peanut butter, protein shakes mostly the latter to keep myself up and going and it’s now time to make myself some bomb dinner. Tonights’s dinner is going to be Flat Iron Steak Vodka and Cream Cicatelli, unless this dry aged Ribeye is done…
Oh did I mention i got me a Tungsten Ring with a Blue band finish? Speaks volumes of the endurance and calmness I have had to maintain as well as the clarity of it all now. And yes my back hurts 😂😂😂🗿🗿🗿
