Amen my friend the parenting is #1 a huge part!! Tho I do feel the the mayor, the governor, the figure heads, play a HUGE part as well! Also if they really wanted to shut 💩 down, they could do it with a quickness. I just feel like they don’t care, better yet lining their pockets and blaming everyone else. Think about it, Baltimore is one of the highest funded cities especially when it comes to schools and when they tested all of the students, I don’t think any of them met the state standards for passing grades on math. Where is all the money going? It’s not going into our children, roads, streets, or infrastructure, everything is decayed, abandoned and all the roads are filled with potholes. It’s not going into getting rid of the criminals and the drug dealers because they still stand on the corners every day, running amuck on the daily just terrorizing EVERYONE!! So many things happen in our city daily, and not a one are being taken care of ….where is all that money going? Sadly the mass vote them in, and that needs to change.
That's is literally the job of city leaders. The parents of the perpetrators aren't going to do it themselves. What are the parents sof the victims supposed to do in the meantime? Everyone keeps saying the parents need to take responsibility hurr durrr. But clearly the parents dont want to do anything or don't know how, otherwise they would have nipped the bad behaviour in the first place. We aren't talking about a single home or a single criminal. Insane to me you all think systemic change can happen without actually involving the system itself and the people responsible for making laws for that system.

When I see gang members loitering in kids parks, being low quality, talking about who they fucking and holding pissing contests while their pants are around their ankles and their guns holstered in their boxers it's pretty clear to see... Children spend a third of their time in school, also you have the internet. The parents can do their best but they’re are other influences. That’s why the proverb “It takes a village to raise a child “ is true everyone in that community is responsible for that child. Wrong, we need to get the Supreme Court to reverse their ruling on punishment of children. If a child needs spanking, the parents shouldn't be so concerned about going to jail because of it. When I was fifteen I had to be in the house have dinner and ready for beds to get to school early in the morning. Where are these parents. My parents would have never let me out at night.

My child hood was I had to wake up at 5 in the morning and do 30 minutes of exercise, shower and get ready for school but I had to comb my hair good and tuck my shirt in and wear a belt . When I got home I had to do home work and then afther some chores like clean the yard or the house. Then afther I could play with my friends and when it was getting dark go inside and shower again and eat and get ready for bed. Now that is how parents should be like with there kids. Now all the parents are all busy on TikTok and Facebook and all social media.

Telling the reporter “he’s not up for dumb-ass questions” when the reporter asks him what he’s doing about the problem is not especially impressive. It says he’s either not doing anything, or doesn’t know what to do.
Can’t ban guns, even if it were a reasonable possibility, another weapon would be used, can’t have an officer on every street corner, can’t raise every kid the “right” way, can’t stop a person from going postal because they are not a calm and reasonable person. What he can do is liaise with the police and prosecutors to ensure the victim gets some sort of justice. Let’s be honest, nobody has the answers. Well maybe the Nordic countries, but even they have the odd person not being right in the head.
