Mother acted like her daughter hired her to do her make-up, so she paid herself 😂 she jus needed to be honest, but the girl worked for it, so it's hers

It’s sad that the father only gets the child less than 48 hrs per week. “He gets her on Saturday mornings and has her all weekend uninterrupted.” His daughter is blessed to have a dad that looks out for her financial future.

In the case of the comfort blanket. I think the plantif hasn't realized the blanket may have been dropped on the floor and stepped on.
Unfortunately no one would know how many people may have stepped on it.before someone turned it in.
Although. It is dirty. It wasn't a big enough issue to sue the defendant.
Have the blanket cleaned and wear a brooch when you wrap the blanket around you.pin tye blanket to your dress or jacket. Or wear heavy clothes and gloves or maybe the church needs to turn up the heat.
The defendant did have an attitude, but understandable.
Our church had a group of women who knitted or crocheted shawls for members to use during church services.
They turned them end at the end of the service and the church would have them cleaned. Fortunately we had enough that one person could actually get the same shawl even Sunday.
It was like the choir robes. Everyone had their own robe.

Children who are in pageants. Or talent shows etc. And get paid should have a bank account that is for their expenses or college; however. It costs money for children to be in pageants. So the parents or guardian should be allowed to deduct their expenses.
I think if the child earns over a certain amount it may be considered taxable income.
I don't think the child's money should go to the father.
Also if the child is earning money. The court may reduce child support.
I think the parent who has the child should have their own savings account for the child and the other parent doesn't have to know.
The defendant doesn't look like the type of father who saves anything let alone for his child or he may be so frugal or stingy he does not spend any money on anything but what he has to.
I dare say he will use the Childs money for himself.
i Doubt if the child is in a pageant every weekend.

I have to ask the court what I can do with my kids money? Um, I don’t think so. Not asking a court permission for something like that. Only the court gives you permission, to many laws and government control in our lives.

In the 1st case, our customs don't appreciate parents putting their children in the limelight. That is believed to be bad luck to their future. But the world is multicultural.

I don't understand why the judge seems to be more determined and harder with the plaintiff and saying that he needs to allow her this and all that and hardly says anything about the defendant who was the one that made the decision separately and doesn't seem to care to tell the father about anything or have the money that her daughter won put up for the daughter and her future and she's very Petty but the judge seems to really come down on the man I don't understand why she's doing that she's usually not that biased I just hopefully we'll find out but we'll see

The Dad is a controlling jerk, he doesn't want the daughter to participate in pageants, but ready to take her winnings! So if the mom is a professional makeup artist she can't be reimbursed for her services, but she can hire someone do the child's makeup with some of the winnings? The mom didn't ask the dad to contribute to any of Star's expenses, so he shouldn't have a say so with her winnings!
