GABRIEL OMOLO'S SONGS WERE FULL OF MEANING. THEY INFORMED, EDUCATED AND ENTERTAINED. AND HE WAS A MUSICIAN-UNLIKE THE SINGERS WE HAVE THESE DAYS. RIP GREAT ONE!
Thumbs for Grabriel Omollo!..I love that songs..always have to listen to that song even when when am far away from kenya..just reminds one of the hardship/struggles of the common mwananchi!..God bless you sir!
Thanks Gabby for giving us such wonderful music And ensure that the written record of your works which you were referring to during the interview is well preserved as a historical document.
Asante sana for this video...I didn't even know that he is still alive Best musician who talked about basic, daily life in Nairobi. I dance to lunchtime everyday! ❤❤❤❤❤
It is sad Gabby has died "not a rich man". This is a lesson that we must respect and honour our artists when they are alive. We have worsened the whole thing by infringing copyrights at will. Technology imearibu dunia. With phonodiscs copyright was controlled to the BAREST minimum infact none. The arrival of audiocassette, followed by CDs and now memory cards is unfortunate to all our budding artists.
