I recommend watching Seventeen's dance practices, the choreo and the music go so well together. If you want to see how hard they go at dancing, I suggest watching Getting Closer dance practice and HIT dance practice. Imo, those two hard-hitting songs' dance practices show why Seventeen is unmatched when it comes to synchronicity, I hope you react to them more because they've got a lot of versatility!!

stumbled upon this reaction video and it's kinda funny how you said the choreo isn't as much as the other groups lol seventeen are the theater kids of kpop and the most synchronized group. their live performances are something that fans as well as other idols would always look forward to because they're really great performers. they also have some of the most difficult choreographies to perform. i suggest watching their live performances and/or dance practices so you'd have a better look at the scale and level of svt's performance.
Son Oh Gong is the korean name of Son Goku of Dragon Ball. Both the song and the anime are inspired by Son Wukong, the Monkey king of the old chinese novel Journey to the west. I'm sure that, if you know Dragon Ball, you'll find many references in the song and also in the choreography. Speaking of which, Seventeen are the kings of performance, many other groups admire and are inspired by them. You'll see by yourself if you'll dig deeper into this group. Someone already suggested to watch their Killing Voice on Dingo and I couldn't agree more, it's a good way to connect faces and voices and to see the deep connection among the members. As for the choreo, I know what you mean but the more you observe the more you learn. Go and watch not the “dance practice” but the pro dancers at Steezy dance studio reacting to it/breaking it down for you.
There’s many factors which determine the choreographer’s choice. Like in this MV, can you spot the injured member? Or the vocal placement/difficulty level? Because don’t forget they have to perform these live….often! These guys are labeled the “synchronization kings.”
And this is important…..
there’s 13 of them!!! And the tallest is darn near 2 heads taller than the shortest member and everything in between.
But if you just like choreo that slaps you hard in the face (me too) you might like their song “Hit”

So from my understanding the Korean name of this song is called sonogong (spelling) in English the songs name is super. There is thirteen members split in three units. They are the most in sync group out there. And they are self produced. With the main producer being a member named woozi. He’s the leader of the vocal team. I will link a guide for you so it’s easier for you to find one.

Svt makes their own choreos and they are known for their dances especially they are known for their synchronization. They merely make it look easy its actually rather hard that their junior idols have said they would not do their dance challenge

Maybe the number of dancers and wide angles didn’t show the complexity of this choreo? SVT is widely known in the industry for how difficult their dances are and their performances are always raved about by other idols, with many famous professional dancers praising their technique and synchronized movements. You should watch some dance practices to get the full effect of their work, they don’t play around with choreography
If you want to watch a guide to seventeen, i suggest the one from caratline17. It have 4 parts, first part for the intro, and the other 3 will be focusing on the members, which is will be divided by 3 units. The units are hip hop team (four members), performance team (four members), and vocal team (five members).

You know, it's not the first time I've seen someone say their choreos are not as hard as other groups', and I get why people say that with the level of dancing always going higher and more impressive, but I've also seen dancers say Seventeen choreos are full of little details and may not look as difficult, sometimes may have some simpler easier steps, but the amount of control, talent, and energy needed to make them all execute the moves and formations in a cohesive and pleasing way, with that level of musicality and story telling is still very high and hard to achieve, it's just different ways of making choreos and dancing.
As for the guide, I love the super long guide by carat17, but it's quite long.
