If you want to attach it to a MacBook, I would not recommend it. I just purchased it based on reviews, but I am not happy in the context of text sharpness, it's not crisp. Rest Everything is fine, resolution and image quality is good, speakers are not too loud but not too bad. If you have a budget go for 4k and if you can adjust a bit with text problem, then it's good. After 15 days of usage, I'm becoming comfortable with this.

Yes its readable. Coding mode increases the contrast which is great. Normal mode me bhi sahi hai.
