Having watched a couple of his videos I believe he is a General surgeon and most of the surgical content is spot on including mock vivas. The approach if this video is reasonable however most of the content and clinical tips I cannot agree with. For example potassium and adrenals, use if ESR and calcium and vitamin D levels!. I work in the UK and graduated from Pakistan and specialising in general practice after spending 3 years in secondary care across various specialties.
It's really helpful.. I am a medical student..i gather something that keep me in confident.... Sir give more video and continue this channel...... It is so much effective....

In what world are you residing, Sir! Doctors make, now, make feel the patients sick even if they are not sick. Anyone who goes to Hospital, rarely returns without tests, prescriptions, or admission-days. Thank God that people are now aware of some details due to Internet that they can easily find the difference of diagnosis done by a doc or themselves through self-study. You are just being stargazer here or bookish. No offense, Personal point of view...
