I really hope that I get a teacher like him. His way of teaching and explaining is simply amazing. It is so clear and to the point. The way he breaks down how to question depending on the locality of the area of the presenting complain is just brilliant . sir I want a teacher like you not because I want to be the best pupil or the best doctor but to be able to provide the best care for the patient because at the end of the day that is what matters when the patient is treated in the best possible way.

1)What brought you hospital ? What else ? What else ? What else until patient says nothing else.
2)use patient own language without medical terminology
    3)duration
    4)chronological order of patient complaints.
If you are able to know patient complaint , you must be able to ask set of questions and make diagnosis.
    Thanks a lot sir.

    Hi.
I want to ask you that if a patient has more then one presenting complaints for example constipation diarrhea and severe abdominal pain. But patient came to hospital because of severe abdominal pain. So my question is that will we label abdominal pain as chief complaint and others as presenting complaint or we will just include abdominal pain in the presenting complaint. And other problems as associated symptoms in history of presenting complaint(HOPC).
Will be thankful if i will get the answer.
Have a good day! Keep providing us the information which is highly required by us.
    God bless you sir
