1. make sure "bismillah.ino.bin" file must be present in you C: drive. 'C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino_build_905849"
2. Run Arduino IDE as administrator
3. Re-Install the arduino ide for all widows users.

you can also replace the D3 with 0 and D4 with pin 2. your issue will solved
