  • Scottish fiddler Adam Sutherland wrote this happy tune while jamming with a friend. He wrote it in the key of B major, which has a lot of sharps in it, and it is often played in A or G in sessions. I've managed to keep it in B by using an A=415 treble recorder (made by Joachim Rohmer), which makes the fingering easier. The bass (by Albert Lockwood) is at normal 440 pitch though. The triangle came with a mixed lot at auction and has a special beater - an old knife steel!
