As someone who sees great future on sifchain, I've been putting my Erowan onto regular defi on sifchain, not on the 300% LP pool so if the price of Erowan goes up, I won't loose any number of my erowans but keep accumulating them. Hey Jake! 1. I believe Sifchain is legit - check out their Discord and you can chat with the team and see how active they are. 2. Staking currently has ~130% APR, while LPing has about 140% with pools of the people. LPing is technically more profitable but opens you up to impermanent loss. Staking has no IL. 3. I have no other recommendations, Sifchain is the only DEX I'm active on! I do stake a few other coins in the Cosmos ecosystem, but not sure about yield farming.
Not a stupid question! Correct, you get rewards paid out weekly on Tuesdays - but they are calculated & accumulated every hour based on the value of your pooled assets.
The 300% reward program will be in place until the features omni-EVM and margin trading are released. Unless otherwise decided by the community to be ended before those releases!
Can you explain which part I got wrong? Perhaps I have a poor understanding of it. I realize it is a dense and complex issue, which is why I referenced another video that I believed explained it better than I could. But I'm sure you agree it had to be mentioned as a risk!
@@ValueForInvestors Is it close mindedness to do my own due diligence after seeing number like 300% or 1100% APR? Those are not normal values to see when investing and should set off anyone's BS meter and warrant more research, even if they turn out to be correct. The products you're pushing now are incredibly risky and it's really disheartening to see you pushing things that most people will just end up losing money on without adequately addressing the risks. That isn't the case of everything you've covered recently, but there has certainly been a noticeable increase in the number of questionable videos you've released in the past few months. Using a service like Celsius is in a whole different league from liquidity mining on a DEX. A lot of altcoins are scams, plain and simple, and without serious due diligence people are going to lose their money trying to emulate you. DeFi is the future and I actively use DEX's myself, but only after trying to look at the associated risks and understanding them in their full context.

Beyond Sifchain, I'm just striving towards transparency. I am putting my money here regardless. Should I keep it to myself? I think it's interesting, so I decided to share it - and I did highlight the risks involved. I'm not pushing anyone to use this, but I've found it to be legitimate and I'm enjoying experimenting on it. I can understand where you're coming from, but I've been transparent in my own research and positions (and sponsorships when applicable, but this is not one of those situations).
