When I saw 1532 mith drags in the loot tracker I think that really showed the scale of this grind, especially with how hard those guys are to kill. Hoping this isn't one you go double the drop rate on or worse.
Finally caught up anyway, really enjoyed this series so far, been excellent to fall asleep to and I don't mean that in a bad way, just nice relaxing content.
Also 18:19 blew my mind, I had no idea you could clean all your herbs without spam clicking them.
Definitely not one of the places I'd want to go dry.
I'm glad you enjoyed! I've heard it's easy to fall asleep to before and I appreciate it. I'm the kind of person that likes to fall asleep with a relaxing video on too :)

I wonder why not bring a chisel to the diamond chest so you can make the bolt tips and stack them for more inventory space.

Chewed bones are such an annoying item, just adds another level of rng on top of an already difficult monster to kill. Good stuff though mate, keep it up

Did you try the wall safes in the theiving den? They drop diamonds I’m pretty sure
I did consider that but from memory the chance to get a diamond was garbage, like 1 diamond per hour level garbage xD
You could do some star mining for gem packs, might be a bit quicker than MLM, though you’re not getting any addy or coal
I did consider this but I don't think it's worth doing star mining for diamonds. For every 1 gem pack you get ~1.2 diamonds which isn't too great.
@@Boucr yeah, an then obviously no other resources other than the star dust either, just another AFK thing you could do. Keep up the content my man!
Hey, nice ep! :) Maybe bring a chisel next time with you when you do thieving. Some % of low level gems will crack so you would not need to empty your inv that often. GL

Shooting stars give way more gem bags per hour compared to mlm and is super afk, just get the "Shooting Stars" plugin and scout the worlds that are in areas you have unlocked.
I considered doing this. For every 1 gem bag you get ~1.2 diamonds which I don't think is worth the effort.

He doesn't have the GE chunk yet.
I really wish I could go there to decant. I'm only 1 chunk away!!! Would save so much hassle.
brimstone keys you get lots of diamonds
Sadly I won't be able to use brimstone keys for quite a while. I think it's quite a few chunks away from me yet.

Prob ate it the same tick you put on fingerless gloves and that coincided with the boost clock ticking down. Bring a crap pot like a str pot to boost with so you can watch when it ticks down to maximise your rare boost

I wish I could, but I think gem mining is quite a while away for me.

If you stand in melee distance of the mithril dragon, and protect melee, the dragon should mainly use melee with the occasional magic hit. It shouldn't use range at all. When using range like yourself, I take less damage with this method. Also I hear trident is pretty effective here, and a mage setup obviously has good magic defence too.
I did try this out a couple months ago but decided to cut it out of the video. I found that I was taking more damage in melee range. At a distance I'm not protected from magic and get hit 25% of the time. IIRC up close in melee distance the dragon hits 50% of the time with melee and 16.67% of the time with each of the other 3 styles. Not being protected from either magic or ranged I get hit 33.33% of the time.
I could be wrong though, I'll test it again to be sure!
@@Boucr this is interesting. Well, my iron is 95 magic and I used karils. So this of course has huge magic defensive bonuses
