- fyodor mentions that there was never an old dazai since there can’t be a new one if the old one never left ;
some of the ada and the mafia believe that dazai left his life back in the mafia behind to lead a new one at the agency.
dazai’s left most(?) of his past behind ever since he joined the ada
fyodor is basically saying that dazai never really changed his personality deep down, he only changed sides in the end
(tl;dr?) fyodor saw through dazai’s facade

Atsushi is a great character and its sad to see him get under appreciated by the fans of his own self centered show, his presence (and a lot others, there are so many underrated characters from this stupid piece of media😭) gets overshadowed by…. Errmmm.. war criminals with more glaring personalities (?) but i guess something like this cant be helped when you make a show and have all your characters be well written, fans are bound to have favorites.

yes ! it was actually a small shock on how whenever they reacted to any cc’s trauma, they would make a sad face and move on without trying to comfort them. everyone has a different taste in what kind of reaction video they like so i won’t be all that negative about it.
