I don’t think it’s worth it at all. killing 100 enemies gives you 3,000 gold, looting 100 chests gives you 6,000 gold and safely extracting 10 matches would give you 18,000 gold.
Easiest way to get them guarantee is through heirlooms, but requires some investment, likely better to just get them from bids if you don't have the time invested info upgrading heirlooms
Unfortunately, I don't believe the pure gold coins is worth it. A single green makes up for whatever the coins add up to. If it increased rarity drop chance, that would be better. In theory, if you just loaded into a casual game, and waited for the first portal out, you could try to speed run the 1.8k gold extract aha. That would be the "least risk" way to farm, but that is definitely boring.
I appreciate the video. I don't agree with the being a good way to farm because that is a very slow way to make money, and that's coming from someone that hasn't even been able to make it through a classic run because pvp happens within the first 20 to 30 seconds of me entering. First time I felt like dark and darker actually has better gameplay because at least I can go through HR runs all the time without a problem.
@@TheGoonz I was running rogue but in classic I find that I don't make it more than 30 seconds before someone is on me usually. Regardless of how quiet and careful I am playing. I am now running swordmaster and at least that gives me a better match when I get ambushed
Yes, 100%, common is replaced by uncommon drops, uncommon replaced by rares and rares replaced by epic loot, epic replaced by legendary. Legendaries only drop in mob bosses like cyclops.
Yeah if you survive. I was actively trying to avoid other players and died with a minute or so nine times in a row. I haven't been playing the game long and I'm not a pro PVP player either way. Of course it's a skill issue but people who don't have skill issues don't worry about acquiring money in the first place. If you can't survive long enough to get a portal then this advice is completely invalid.

Tbh, thumbnail kinda clickbaitey, cuz realy not risk free money, but two Midas Hands items which you can have on heirlooms and are dirt cheap to make and go looting and killing mobs, you'll get really quite a bit of money at the end of run, full grey with heirlooms in casual is quite the rat loadout and if you are a good player, you may be able to pvp a geared player.

that 1200 gold in the inventory is like one green item and the other bonus like another one. if your purely gold farming it might be worth a bit

Just try to get into the corrupted portal whenever the classic mode on sinner's end is active, farm that and make like 20k each run
