Just curious 30MP is excellent but what is the frame rate? 30 or 60fps? I'm looking to what specs will pick up a license plate on a car moving by at 20 to 40 mph. I think a combination of MP and frame rate will achieve this but is also reliant on the build quality of the camera components themselves.

Lets make a 7K camera but when we upload it to RUclips lets upload it in 720p so the viewers can't even see the entire resolution it runs at.
Will youtube accurately recreate 7k video? I've never seen better than 4k on youtube.
