- Black Swan is Marvel Snap's newest card, and I had to try her out in an Ongoing Zoo deck with a crazy swing combo finisher.

Power Estimate: This deck had a good win rate for me, but it was definitely bolstered by a number of bot games on the new season pre-infinite ladder. It was still capable of winning real games at a solid rate, but it's just hard to say where this will land without more data and a settled meta. Black Swan dd feel important and powerful, but is also going to be changed, so a lot is up in the air with this one.

Waiting for your supergiant video patiently, because supergianting a turn five leech has become my favorite thing in all of marvel snap.

So the new "no fun" card counters one of the old "no fun" cards. Great.
But have you played since Supergiant got released?
Have you seen how strong she combos with ALIOTH?!?!
Supergiant on her own breaks so many combos/important turns (i.e. destroy) while it easily swings the initiative, so Alioth can not only kill everything from turn 6, but from turn 5, too.
Idk what it is regis, but your snap videos always stand out to me. I look forward to them more than any of the other creators. You have a very chill, fun, and light-hearted commentary. Keep it up!

I am ALWAYS here for a Valkyrie deck, not the most mega card but has to be my favourite card in snap
I actually liked black swan at 2/3. Even though it’s for one thematic deck, I liked playing black swan on 2 and being able to play ebony maw with other stones or 1 drops or even a 2 or 3 drop

I forgot which channel I mentioned this, but when she's back to being a 3-cost, I want to make a Surfer/Swan/Thanos deck, maybe with Hit Monkey as another big boy lol. I suppose I could dump the Surfer, but it seems fun to me *shrugs* Problem is deck size.

idk if you knew that, couldn't figure out by your plays, but you can actually play your 1-drops under Swan's effect in stuff like Hellfire Club and Crimson Cosmos. Cuz they technically don't cost 1 at that point.

Yondu or nebula would be good but they won’t proc spectrums buff. So maybe ebony maw?
Zero for using on Titania maybe

IMO 2 energy 3 power is way way better than 3 energy 5 power for this card, even with less than normal stat line of 4 power.
lesser energy cost is always an advantage to me, lol

Supergiant turn 4 and silver surfer and grandmaster on turn 5 is amazing! Hope this picks up
I don’t get that play. You can do the same thing without Supergiant and also Silver Surfer decks typically want to play Sera on turn 5 to combo on 6.

Can you do a quake deck? I've been using her and shes quite a lot of fun. Especially on mojoworld. My current deck: Nightcrawler, Kraven, Kingpin, Quake, Silk, Negasonic, Polaris, Spiderman, Miles, Stegron, Aero, Magneto. I haven't lost all day.
Dazzler would be pretty great here, I'd probably drop Cap for her.
What about adding dazzler to the deck to keep a scale

I think that Zero would be better than Quinjet. You already have a lot of Ongoing cards and Zero is great with Titania.

What are you using to have your deck on the left side?
Actually a bit of a shame shes not staying as a 2/3 because that made her insane in Bounce. Play her on 2, then you can play whatever 1 drops you want (like Kitty Pryde) and Beast ON CURVE, getting you perma free 1 drops AND another Black Swan to use whenever.
That wont really be possible as a 3/5, but she'd probably still be solid in the list even without that silly combo.
i love zoo decks but in low elo everyone plays destroy and its killmonger - retreat or they snap cause they have killmonger = retreat
I think i like her better at 2/3. I want to play an all black order deck and it would be cool to let her activate a 0 cost ebony maw before he's useless after turn 3

Black Swan seems so much better as a 2cost tbh, who cares about her direct power? Bein able to Swan + Falcon on 5 seems like the strong play

Usually in Loki deck. Or in old Devil Dino deck (with Coulson, Moon Girl, Agent13, anything else with related to summon card.)

I was just about to sleep but I guess here we go! My first (and only game) against black swan I played mobius down on the same turn and the opponent retreated right away lol. Closing in on rank level 80 and nobody seems to play her in ranked. Doesn't seem that powerful to me and lots of counters. Hope someone figure out something strong before weekend quests.

It just updated to 3/5. He was playing the 2/3 version that released at the beginning of today. It was a mistake by SD that she released as 2/3.
I think I'd rather a 2/3. I want to play an all black order deck and it would be cool to let her activate a free ebony maw before he becomes useless...

So we came to the point that DAY AFTER RELEASE cards are nerfed.
I donno where 2nd dinner is going,but I’m honestly disgusted by this trend.
Also this game is aging,but some implementations that are basic in other games(player level,collection TRUE filters,seasonal and montly missions) are still missing.
Last year I spent alot,from now on I’ll balance the season passes and skip every bundle.
This nerf trend has to stop
