In this video we go over the 5 survivors that were balanced on December 2nd, 2020. In this video, we go over and show all the changes to barmaid, gardener, magician, embalmer, and wildling with explanation on whether or not this change fixes their former issues along with will they be any good following these changed.

And finally, someone acknowledging embalmers main problem. Most hunters can easily catch up to the coffin somehow so you’re basically speeding up your own death you usually can’t even run because you’re stuck in the animation. I think a viable way of fixing this would be to not showing the hunters the coffin until you’ve fully rebirthed (even before it’s just invisible to them so they can’t drag you across the map to the coffin and tentacle you or smthn.) or atleast give him a gardener bubble when he rebirths. I agree with removing end game tide though, the concept of being invincible so you can open the gate and leave and the hunter can’t do anything is VERY broken. I think he’s stronger but they didn’t fix some of his big problems..
Yup. If anything they took the old problems and made it worse. I like your idea of buffing the coffin though

The only situation gardeners new ability is useful is when she is injured and needs save someone, she can activate the bubble and rescue immediately while she has it

incredible video, Sikey! Its put together so well for a 30 minute analysis. Proves to show how knowledgeable you are about the game. Like many other changes, i thought the wildling changes were just going to be another half assed update but its awesome to hear from you that he's actually viable now. Some things I had to do to adjust to embalmer's rework:
I basically now have to train my reflex to cancel rebirth right away after going down unless it's end-game or I don't have self-heal anymore (i.e. Percy), because as addressed, it speeds up your death. I'll say one good thing is that he can now rebirth himself with this feature even if he's only one left (as long as he doesn't get chaired), so an alternative is to put coffin near dungeon rather than gate for end-game. His adjustment was alright but yeah I've already accepted netease won't ever seriously buff him the ways IDV community has been suggesting for so long lmao

Hello Sikey, I'd like to say I agree but also disagree on the magician wand thing. Yes he will move up tiers with a 3rd wand however a good magician using the wands will never feed the hunter presence unless its a sculptor or bonbon. Perfumer has 3 perfumes but its justifiable as hunters these days have way better late game potential than they used to due to trump card and the kind of full presence abilities that they have for late game, same can be said for Gravekeeper but magician is known to not feed the hunter presence at all and if he did get the 3 wands that you suggested and we start seeing more magicians then ripper would drop another tier and so would pretty much any other hunter that is not meta right now because they don't have anything to stop it
Yuh what could make Barmaid a good Character is mabye u can throw the used bottles at the hunter and the fast one makes the hunters contorolers slow and like make them walk backwards. the healing one stuns the hunter and the other one that injures u just to get the healing one blinds them.
I honestly think embalmer being able to embalm downed ppl is not a nerf since u can choose to do it when teammate is down or when teammate being tied on rocket chair so it's more of a buff since u can just choose to rescue yourself after u got tied on chair instead of use it when u down so it's your own choice. And currently he's being used alot in high tier or I should say top tier so before u say dev don't care about changing the meta, look at the Chinese high tier rank gameplay, bunch of embalmer cuz it's your choice, either u want to rescue when down or on chair so it's a buff cuz they add it and the other reason y they add it is bcuz percy

I disagree with your embalmer analysis. He’s still pointless because he early rescues his teammates but if you want the coffin to not count as being on the rocket chair then you might as well just play priestess and set up a long portal bc that’s essentially what’s happening.

Personally i think she's pretty ok...any more than what she has now would be considered broken maybe (like having stacks at the beginning of game, or being able to farm stuns on chair smh)

I disagree with your stance on wildling entirely. He was better before the adjustment. To make it quick. Right now wilding:Has bad decoding,less than average movement speed still,and his harassment abilities are significantly less efficient due to the lessened boar time so they are meh. Overall a bad character. The buffs are a nice touch but do very little for people who already experienced with the character. Back then wildling was:the worse at decoding,slow as hell,but he was a monster at harassing when mastered and could carry an entire team. All the things you listed wrong with wildling are non-issues when you know how to use the character.
