I'm a rescuer volunteer in the Italian Red Cross (Croce Rossa Italiana) I wanted to congratulate you on the videos in which you disclose this precious information, so as to bring people closer to what the world of rescue is, or simply by personal decision. I congratulate you once again and I give you a hug from the whole Italian Red Cross ♥️
first i would like to say thanks.. B'cz ur giving info..vry important..fr medical profession staffes...common people also cn learn abt CPR if dey r hvng any emergency conditions... THANK YOU .TANK U LOTT..
The questions are great! I think you should also include questions about pregnant womens as then the cpr will change a bit and there could be more complications and so!
Hey! A very nice video for medical students. I am a medical student. I have 1 question. In this video the age for children is considered only upto 8 years, but in my university, its taught that decide on the basis of signs of puberty. If sogns of puberty are not present, then give him cpr for child and if signs of puberty are present, consider that patient as an adult and give him high quality CPR for adults. Can you tell me whats correct?😊
Whatever the theoretical data suggest you deciding about giving adult High quality CPR or giving CPR considering them as a child will ultimately be decided by their body built. I have seen cases where middle aged people are given CPR which we give for a child as they are very lean & feeble ;giving them high quality Adult CPR will only break their bones -pneumothorax-hypoventilation etc. I hope this helps. Thank you for commenting :-)
Children are of different age and sizes. So it's not practical to fix a number for chest compression depth. Therefore, Regardless of age, the chest compression depth should be 1/3rd of the patient's chest height. (Exp: if height of patient's chest is 9cm, CPR depth must be at least 3cm) Also depend on the body built/weight of the child we can decide to use one hand or two hands. Source: ERC guidelines.

Thank you sir 🙇♀️
In Kerala instead of CAB's we studied ABC=
A=Airway clearance
B=Breathing
C=Circulation.
It was ABC all over don't follow it now. According updated guidelines it is CAB
@@ICUNURSE ok sir
Updated by AHA in 2010 fromABC to CAB
Because circulation is more importante than breathing in this situation
