I have a 2010 1500 SLT with the small v8. No hEmi or 4x4. I have lost settings 2 and 3 on my ac. Would this still be a potential fix to my problem even tho I don’t have the hEmi?
First, I want to say a really good video and second installing a low dollar part that handles a high amount of amperage it's not a good idea unless you like melted wire connections . Furthermore when the blower motor or the blower motor resistor goes out you should replace both components so the other old component doesn't stress the new component. ASE technician for 26 years. Just saying😉
@@benitorocha9223mine was doing that and then it wouldnt get cool but it would blow. I’ve changed blower motor and resistor and now hasn’t been turning on at all. Wondering if it’s the board that controls the switches themselves idk🤷🏼♂️
I have a 2018 1500 and it just started doing that, il put it on 7 but only feels like 3 or 4, sometimes after driving a bit it starts blowing hard like supose to or if i turn it on & off a cpl times it starts doin right, did you figure out what it was...?
Just swapped mine out. It was rusted out like your's. Quite the "well there's your problem" moment.

I have this truck but what mine is doing is it will cut off and then back on. Regardless what setting it is. Could it be this?
Yes I would change it out.
@@alsrandomvlog8968 Just got it replaced with the resistor too. I had tested the blower motor and it was shot. Thanks for the tip.
My 2014 ram was doing the same thing blowing and then cut off and then started again it was my blower motor

My issue is this: I turn my AC fan speed all the way up to level 7, but it feels like it’s only blowing at level 3 or 4. Will this part fix my issue?
