Quick question - did they run a celiac antibody test on your daughter - I’m 62 stomach issues for years - didn’t show damage to small intestine till now- but have spent 40 years sick - now they tested for antibody although the biopsy had confirmed it - had many scopes in past - antibody test positive - I’m like yall couldn’t have checked that years ago

Yes they did and she was negative for celiac

So far nothing new but we have been told it can take years to figure it out. She is doing better and learning to cope with it. She is having way more good days than bad days

We always stay in hotel rooms with a oven . We have a large family so we always cook in our hotel rooms. They are suites

I love fast and easy meals, that Fire-Cracker chicken sounds and looks amazing, I'm definitely going to try it and I have to remember to add Quesadillas to our meal rotation. Its just the hubs and I and with some medical stuff going on I can't stand for long in the kitchen, so these options would be wonderful. Thanks for sharing Noel.
