Finally a solution to my newer Milwaukee mag drill.
I even called Milwaukee head quarters and spoke with their engineers and they had no idea what to say or how to help over the phone. Just to take it in for service.
But the voice over and zoomed out video definitely suck. Could have just posted a normal video

Thanks for your video I had a similar issue. Make sure you turn the outer ring properly to wind the big spring to keep it automatically locked. You did it wrong it is not supposed to stay in the unlocked position. It is hard to get it on the first try but after trying 3-4 times I got it right!
