    Is your shoulder better, mate? Are you back to the routine - weights, running, cycling etc?
    Am still putting off on surgery - full ligament reconstruction :( When are you going to post a video with update? Thank you :)

      Hey man. I’m ok. I think I’ll do a 2-year update beg if next year. I’m moving in the right direction hit very slowly…sleep is slightly better but some nights just suck. Only chest press exercise I do is 3 x 10 push-ups. Anything over and it’s getting tender. But it’s better than nothing. I can also do chest press machine so yeas if push-ups but no dumbbells or barbells. I’m doing 2-3 smaller workouts per week with mostly leg and back exercises. I can bike no problem, running for longer periods is tricky but don’t need to do that anyway with my knees 🫣Other than that I’m hoping that suddenly the shoulder is back to normal 😬🤞🤞 good call holding off on surgery, it’s such a big gamble 🫤

      @@DanesinTexas thank you for your reply, mate. I also hope that your shoulder finally heals once and for all. It is such a tricky part of the body. Will wait for your new year video report on progress. As for me, the instability of the joint is my main issue, i.e. the clavicle is floating in all 3 dimensions. It is not painful, but the aching is always there, and every arm movement makes the joint jump around. Sleep is fine, i stopped all upper body weight training, though i can do 50 push-ups at one go (i did do that actually at the moment of utter annoyance), but the next day obviously i am in loads of pain. I finally met with the 'brightest star' in Ontario in shoulder surgery. He gave me good chances for improvement (80/20), but of course it is ultimately my call. It is a really grey zone - on one hand, the injury is not impeding my daily activities, but all my favorite sports where dynamic stabilization is required are suffering. We agreed to meet once every 6 months and revisit the situation. Oh yeah, the thing that goes hand in hand with free health care is a horrendous wait time - his queue is 14 months as of today... :)
      Btw, do you notice the shoulder during your regular daily activities (i.e. any aching, pulling, tightness etc)?
