Volcano Bay is my favorite water park in Orlando and probably the US. Water Parks, like Holiday World, have always been a part of my life.

It’s worth it! Tons of things to see and do
I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I got it as part of the 3 park ticket for the Universal Resorts when staying at Cabana Bay and it's a great park. A good variety of rides, really nice theming. Those great wrist bands for keeping track of ride waits and activating the selfie cameras. It was awesome to have that second "lazy" river with a bit more excitement and the just general vibe of the place pretty much completely shuts out the outside world so that I could just be at the park without feeling like I'm still in the US.
The immersive theming is great, I also enjoyed it more than I expected. Thanks for watching!
@@mitchmay I hadn't been to Orlando in about 25 years, at that point it was mostly just Disney World, Disney Hollywood, and Universal Studios Orlando. It's amazing how much Universal has done with that time and this park in particular is absolutely fabulous. I probably won't be going back any time soon, but that's mostly because it's about as far away from me in the US as possible. I'll definitely be scheduling time there when I do go back.
That being said with the Universal Epic park opening next year, I'll probably go for that and just schedule one day at the Disney properties and the rest at Universal with Volcano Bay being the first day for a bit of R&R after the flight.
I personally recommend Cabana Bay if you don't need the included express passes. It's a very short walk to the entrance gate and it's not until you're almost entirely back at the hotel when you're out of the plants.
Cabana Bay is very worth the price
@@mitchmay Yep, I've never stayed on property before, but unless you really need the express passes, it's definitely the way to go.
