While it's perhaps difficult, this is far from impossible. At the given tempo, the 32nd notes are to be played at about 14 notes/second, which is very doable for the written passage work. Maybe only by virtuosos, but not impossible.

Compared some of the dog water ridiculous bs my 4th etude and sonata movements are this piece is not that hard😅
