Note: Tech trap unblockable is easily escapable by airdashing/superjumping out or shielding longer, but in my experience has caught many people off guard. Only works if they're not expecting it.
Also once people start shielding your meaty ring pressure you want to start doing the safe jump charge j.C to make them actually have to guess high/low with their shield.

hey im having trouble on these two routes you have on 1:06 and 0:10. for the first one the B ring either doesnt come out or is very inconsistent. is there a timing i should be looking at? also same for 1:06 the charged Jump C comes out quite weird

I shouldn't be the one answering this, but in 1:06 you have to instantly charge jump C after you jump cancel. It's almost like a plink.
