Some of the answers to questions were lightweight, and one answer was just wrong - there is no VGM on FOB because FOB should not be used for containers. The Incoterms(r) 2020 very deliberately did not address VGM because there are too many variables and they are not a contractual matter between seller and buyer. The B/L should not show an Incoterms rule as it is not irelevant to the valuation of the goods, it should appear only on the invoice, and no point on a packing list as there are no prices on this.

For DPU: What does it mean that Seller is "responsible for unloading at destination?" - Will trucker unload themselves? - Yeah right. Or, will shipper reimburse/pre-pay buyer for unloading?
DPU is problematic especially if the place of destination is the buyer's premises, it works kinda well with trucking a package across Europe but for FCL and LCL and air it doesn't work without lots of dramas. It can wsork for air or LCL terminal because the goods are unloaded into the terminal at the seller's cost, but DPU terminal does not work for FCL as the goods are not unloaded there from the container.
A new supplier is on-boarding your supply chain, this supplier is located in USA and wants to ship in a Door-to-Door service, only using your customs broker to make the customs clearance documentation properly, what will this INCOTERM will be?

1) You are a producer of natural soaps in the region, a new customer is asking you to ship material for first time to Spain. After making a cubicage you know that the best transportation equipment is a Container in an FCL service (Full Container Load). What can be the best INCOTERM to use?
Wouldn't it be DDP?
From the exporters point of view its EXW and FAS and from importers angle its FOB. Hope it would be helpful.
