Have you considered looking at the 70000 Tons of Metal cruise? It seems like many European bands have used that as a beginning of invading America since it features so many bands in one place and it does not require a multicity tour.
Even talking about touring the U.S., just made my birthday a bit sweeter.

I have a question for you, it has to do with shows in the Americas,,, I live on the west coast of Canada , just across the water on Vancouver island, I would love to see one of your shows very much and therein lies the rub,, pretty much all the acts that do North American tours only do shows in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal.. why is this? there are a lot of symphonic metal fans out here in the sunny west coast too. and it is cost prohibitive to have to fly across the country and back for just one show. when you consider the show ticket itself, merch, plus round trip airfare, lodgings, meals etc... it can cost quite a bit
