Way i see chow damage mainly comes from dot he can stack alot, because for some reason whenever his hp gets below 80% he loses dragon soul which supposedly makes his 1st skill do more damage. Maybe if they just make his normal attack just a normal attack, he can stack dragon soul up to 10 and do more damage.

If you watch all three videos Fire/Water/Wind DK from him. Its not recommended to use them for now. Fire DK : tier B Water Dk : tier C Wind Dk : between B - C
I get that chow is not good and i should save my scrolls, but that begs the question: when should i summon my 500 scrolls + 4 trans… i need a power level boost

Well archer is better than DK i think

So I hit him first to prevent him from stacking :)
His 2nd skill same with Wind panda? continuous damage also?so maybe destroy runes will work with him?
No dmg. Just Dot. That's why i didn't setting destory

Well, but some kina ranker says, "Water DK isn't that bad." Maybe he is not good for only orvia :)
Gonna wait and see there are conditions need to be met when using chow (ex. No imm buff) which is kind of a bummer but we'll see.
