As marriage is the union of two legal personality into one a man can no more rape his wife than a man can be charged for assault for cutting his own hair..... can a man charge his own hand with sexual assault after masturbation ?

    heres a fantastic quote:
While there is a Widow's Benefit for women with children whose partner has died, this is not available to men.
Feminism is not about equality, as for the drivel about torture being acceptable, well really??? Is this the great new morality?
Well you can have it then.

quote:If you are a woman alone aged 50 years or over
You may be able to get the Domestic Purposes Benefit for women alone, if you:
don’t have a partner or dependent children and
have, after the age of 50, stopped:
caring for a child or children that you have cared for for at least 15 years or
caring full-time for a sick relative, that you have cared for, for at least 5 years or
being supported by your partner of at least 5 years (but one of you must have lived in New Zealand for some years

Ruka's Law is a disgrace. Winz use it to assess a woman's eligibility for support based on whether she is in a relationship or not on case law. The Ruka case use evidence of physical abuse to argue that she was in fact in relationship and therefore ineligible, which included some horrific abuse by her partner in fact hospitalising her. And this is test they still use today.
