It was with a heavy heart that I learned of her passing She was the true queen of Country Music Her songs still sound as great as the day they were recorded She was both a legend and an icon who will always be loved and remembered Rest in peace Loretta May God bless you always
My momma's always loved Loretta Lynn and I have an aunt named after her i use to not respect old country music that much but then when I got older I started loving it I love old country because it's real and genuine and sung by people that have actually experianced the things they sing about and not just singing it to sound country
I still listen to her songs and she's one of the best female music artists country's ever seen she's the true queen not even dolly Parton is better then Loretta Lynn her and dolly Parton were queens there the queens of country music that's the kind of country music I like real country music and not all this fake country music people listen to now
Every time I hear this song, which pretty much says: "You ain't gettin' lucky tonight, Mister!", I picture the drunken hubby having to sleep it off on the couch that night.
