    Sprouted nuts are very healthy to our body. Intake of sprouted nuts as raw is best, but we can also use them as cooked. In this recipe, I show you how to make a healthy paratha by using sprouted green grams. This is a method of stuffed paratha. Grated carrot also added for taste & again it also healthy too. These parathas can be done by using only wheat flour or wheat flour and maida mixed. Any side dishes like curries or gravys taste good with this paratha.
    Ingredients:
    Sprouted moong seed
    Coconut oil 6sp
    Mustard seeds 2sp
    Chopped onion 2
    Green chilli 2
    Curry leaves
    Greated carrot 1
    Coriender leaves
    Required water
    Lemon juice 1sp
    Wheat flour 1&half seru
    Hot water 4 cup
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric powder 2sp
    Red chilli powder 1sp
