I used to play pickup with Dave Booth in the 90's. All the way in Kent Washington. Not sure why but a couple years he would be out west during his European off season. I was a 19 year old kid, David was always engaging and encouraging to us young kids. Great Guy nice to see him working for the NBA now.

Good times. This is what happens when a Chicago school recruits and maintains Chicago talent. This year, there are almost 30 players playing in the NCAA tournament from Chicagoland area and another 20 from the state of Illinois.

Dan Roan of WGN-TV Channel 9 hosted this special in 1992

This wasn’t a special. This was a season ending recap film used for the basketball banquet and then future home recruiting visits. Dan Roan just lent his voice. Someone else wrote, directed and edited the film (me). 🏀😃

@@1akiberuI believe that the comment was in reference to Howard Nathan “Howard Nathan Jr. (January 21, 1972 - July 28, 2019)” who sadly passed away. I just learned of this when I looked it up. You were probably referencing Stephen Howard who is alive and well.

I think this was the last time they made the NCAA's. They weren't nearly as talented as his fathers early 80's teams.

      They’ve made the NCAA’s twice since then - 2000 and 2004
