Never to old for a teddy bear. I have collected over 20 VTBs from my 20s now to my mid forties. They are just adorable and clever! Now I buy them for my girls.
I had bought a giant stuffed bear on impulse. I never make impulse buys. Two weeks later my 6 year old grandson had to be life flighted to a childrens hospital because of a perforated appendix. I have one that I bought used several years ago and he’s in great condition. I’m 23 and I love stuffed animals especially my Vermont teddy bear. They’re very vintage looking and I love it. I wanna go here so bad! I’d take my bear with me like the kid I am lol
@@writerwarriorqueen And give to underprivileged homeless children too , Schools , Dentist Offices to give out to kids , After their appointments over, And donate to Fire Department, To hand to children who've lost all their toys in fires too, Donate to police, To hand out to children who sadly maybe in abusive situations too, Be good too, As a kid my favorite toy was my teddy bear, My dad bought for me at 3 years old, I carried it around till it fell apart 30 years later, So yeah buying, Giving to kids , To make them happy, Would be far better than collecting only for myself! 😊💞🐻
My Dad traveled for work and he bought one of these bears for my oldest daughter. Thank you for going here. I never believed my Dad who said they are build a bears.

My wife got a set of the bride and groom bears for her bridle shower. I still have them. I have a tattoo of a bear in a bee costume eating honey out of a bee hive. That is because my wife Jenny's nickname for me was Honey Bear. After fifteen years of marriage she had her lower left leg amputated. She was bed ridden and pasted away this past August.

I got the bear that people had issue with and got one for my friend. It made us feel better since we both have our own issues. Def fun to see inside. RC’s bear had to go to the Vermont Bear. He had surgery and came back from you all ok. I wish that you had transplant bears. I got a new liver and would have loved a bear with a new liver. I trust that you guys could do it and leave a little stitch Mark where the surgery was done. There on pictures on line what all of our special scares look like. Most families could order one ahead of time. Normally it’s a long wait 🥲. Sure there may be someone who’s offended, but they probably never had an organ out and a new on put in. Then there are the live donors who give a kidney or part of their liver. This is also a way to help kids get through a tough thing. One kid, maybe 8 years old, his family called it his Switcheroo surgery. Thanks for everything. I’ll be ordering a couple pairs of your Bernie mittens (as long as the are not wool on the inside. 🥰🥰🥰
Got my aunt a VTB bear once dressed as an artist, complete with smock, beret and paint palette. She was exhibiting some of her paintings at the time. She loved it! Great tour and video. Thanks for sharing.

My ex husband & I went there near the beginning of our marriage...I still have the bear I got from there....he's a dark chocolate color with a purple ribbon around his neck. I've had him in the box so long, he looks brand new...My favorite feature about the bears is in their eyes it says "Born In Vermont".
This company does honor their policy and will fix or replace your bear if injured at no cost. Even if you don't have the receipt. All their bears are well made and loveable.
I almost got one of those amputee bears for my wife when she was alive. To show her being different is ok. I didn't get one though. Later she passed away.

Actually Teddy Roosevelt wasn't the founder of Teddy Bears. He was just the inspiration in America. It was the comic and the shop owner who asked Roosevelt permission to use his name. I feel like Margret Steiff is the real founder.
In the back room they have: Mid Life Crisis Bear (comes with a miada, hair plugs and some viagra), Parole Bear (comes with a home monitoring ankle bracelet and urine sample container), and Daddy Issue Bear (comes with a giant red flag and a pack of Marlboro Lights).
