I can't remember the water-extract ratio, but heavy, direct misting spray with a water bottle makes them drop and die in clusters before your eyes. I went a step further one year and mixed the peppermint with Neem Oil and hot Ghost Pepper salsa with water and it was very powerful. I couldn't find anything that you just spray on the vines that'll keep them away, they're too hard to deter. Some people use toxic sprays, but I won't.

My grape start flowering,later some of the flower wilt and dry before fruiting can you help.
My grapes have more than one cluster on some of the limbs should I cut one cluster off and only have one cluster per limb

Do this procedure and wait. From year to year, due to weather conditions, grapes bloom at different times.
Do you cut your old vines off in the winter when they are dormant?
Of course, before winter, I prune, treat with iron sulphate and pick it up so that the vine does not freeze.
