Hi doc. We've been using your video materials for only just a week. But this has brought us great and economical way to have workouts and lots of fun. Im a physician and we use this material as part of the daily exercise of our recovering drug dependents (we call them residents) in one of the treatment and rehabilitation center here in the Philipinnes. Our staff are now engaged on it as well! We all enjoyed body booming with your cardio workout videos. Thanks so much!

@@nessiemupfeki it's my favourite workout. He walks you through each set slowly first, which makes learning them so much easier. I haven't seen any other instructors do that. It's a really great workout and i do it a lot. I feel fantastic after.
I have done this workout and it’s amazing as always! Now I will be patience to enjoy more new trainings, especially kickboxing!!!!!!

From Italy in quarantene, thank you all, we do your lesson one time every two days and.. we will not become fat :) also if we don't speak german :) PS sometimes during the day someone says, out of the blue: leg, leg.. and someone else answer: knee! knee!

Absolut. Man sollte immer stabil und sicher landen. Wenn man sich instabil fühlt oder gar Knieprobleme hat, sollte man nicht so hoch springen.
