Plus, I've heard that their rhinestones fall out because they're only glued in there. Insanity. Absolute insanity. Go to an antique store and pick up something of higher quality, that's more unique, for one tenth of the cost!

I was buying sunglasses every month. That until I bought my very expensive Tiffany & Co. sunglasses. They have been with me since my son was in preschool, and that was seven years ago. And yes, I use them everyday.I can’t believe it! I don’t know if the Gucci ones are going to last, but you maybe surprised.
I agree I have two pairs of designer sunglasses a Gucci and a miu miu one is over three years old and the other a year old they look brand new as I look after them well! Great quality and if you use them well they will last! Make a great style statement too

Another to add on the list: designer scarves. I bought the LV logomania, shrunk and ruined after washing (with cold, low delicate and air dryed). If I have to dry clean my designer scarves every time, it is not worth it.

I only can wear straight gold jewelry. Anything else, I turn green. For instance, I bought a sweet looking rope necklace. I started getting hives on my chest and it’s in my jewelry box hanging with the rest of my crappy jewelry. As for sunglasses, I get them at Walmart. My uncle used to work for RayBan and gave me a pair in the 90’s. They’re somewhere over the rainbow. Lol Company T-shirt’s I only get Victoria’s Secret and Chanel. Maybe a cheap like old navy shirt. I totally agree with you on almost all points. I always say if I can't travel in my own private plane, I'll never invest in designer luggage. My skin turns green too if it isn't gold, white gold or platinum. No designer sunglasses because most all aren't polarized and that's a breakpoint for me. I broke and purchased the black Chanel pool slides though so bad girl! The only boots I'll buy is Weitzman boots and booties, which I have quite a bit. Don't get me started on the tees...lols. ♥️ u!
I think you deserve to have a few designer pieces in your closest. Having a pair of Chanel shoes or sunglasses just gives you a little pep in your step. If you can afford to indulge in it do it. I know when I wear Chanel it makes me feel prettier. It’s about the experience for me. A long time ago I had a friend who had the LV Luggage set. It was over 10 years ago but we went to Cancun and she checked it in. She didn’t even worry about it. I was surprised it arrived. Lol. I save my money for bags and fine jewelry only. Ray bans are my favorite sunglass brand.
Depends how u travel ✈️ with designer luggage. I have a GG Supreme canvas 4 wheel carry-on suitcase. I’d never bag-drop it. Flying First or Premium/Business class - even if ur late they let u take ur case on-board. Economy class no - but I don’t fly economy.. Some first class cabins u have a small closet so case isn’t above you. And in premium/business class the overhead luggage is small so case doesn’t slide around 🤗. Do people really send down their designer luggage ?? If I’m flying short-haul like easyJet, Ryanair I won’t take the Gucci 🙂

And as for the designer glasses, I was rocking some back in my late teen years but I would damage or lose them so I swore no more ...then I saw the Gucci oversized dummies ...OMG I had my ophthalmologist put in my RX lens and I saved the stock lens, they are freaking awesome 😎

I use a nylon bag which folds up into a tiny square to cover my Tumi bag. It’s a RUclipsr hint. Keeps your pretty bag from picking up whatever the thousands of people before you had on the bottom of their shoes.

Really designer sunglasses don't look all the much different to cheaper ones. I can't tell if they are designer or not. Also, sunglasses can break and they are easily broken. At least a coin purse and key holder will last longer and be sturdier.

Cannot agree with you more! =) Yet I think few pairs of high-end sunglasses & evening pumps are still worthy keeping! High-end sunglasses do last longer (usually heavier) and evening pumps would help you look elegant & dressy at important events or on anniversaries....

Love spending my money on service. We have a saying. Put your money in the sun and sit in the shade. I will pay money on class cabin, lounges, spas, good hotel rooms and I will walk around in clothes from regular stores. I don’t mind spending thousands on a cost but I will wear that coat my whole life, it will be part of my inheritance etc.... quality over quantity. I still drive a 7 year old car but until it breaks down into pieces. I am happy with it. When I was younger I would buy a new car every 3 years, designer stuff ALL the time but where did everything go? Oh ya donated, lost, sold, stolen you name it.

High-end sunglasses do last longer (usually heavier) and evening pumps would help you look elegant & dressy at important events or on anniversaries....

The exact same list here. It's crazy how much people are spending on shoes and t-shirts! Adidas Superstars and Converse are the best for my feet and Ray-Ban makes amazing sunglasses.

Girl! I agree with the luggage! I would never buy luxury sunglasses either! I’ve sat on my sunglasses sooo many times! I love the Gucci sneakers soo much! I would have to get them on sale or work there part time plus keep my full time job! They are expensive!!

Hey Stella! Great video. I totally agree with you except for the Designer sunglasses 😎 and the LV Keepall 45. Love my Keepall for weekend getaways and I love my LV sunglasses. They’ve lasted me years! I love designer shoes 👠 but I somehow always manage to tear my regular shoes up even I’m trying to be careful. With heels especially, I always seem to walk in the cracks and lines in the sidewalk!! Even when I’m careful. 😲

100% agree with the luggage and t-shirts! If you’re a millionaire-sure, but otherwise I just don’t get it.
If you will invest on designer shoes, you will need to invest on cleaners and waterproofing and dust/dirt proofing too, there are sprays for that :)

Love spending my money on service. We have a saying. Put your money in the sun and sit in the shade. I will pay money on class cabin, lounges, spas, good hotel rooms and I will walk around in clothes from regular stores. I don’t mind spending thousands on a cost but I will wear that coat my whole life, it will be part of my inheritance etc.... quality over quantity. I still drive a 7 year old car but until it breaks down into pieces. I am happy with it. When I was younger I would buy a new car every 3 years, designer stuff ALL the time but where did everything go? Oh ya donated, lost, sold, stolen you name it.

I agree with your list , I will say the Gucci store on 5th Avenue is so tempting , and now the soho store is beautiful and it will suck you in . What are you thoughts on the Hermès Evelyne bag ?
