The strong performances from Wong and Hui anchor the story, their generational conflict serving as a microcosm of Hong Kong’s struggle between tradition and modernity. This heartfelt exploration of death traditions manages to feel more alive than most films about the living. (Review in The Straits Times, Singapore)
I'm considering watching this film , your review was timely. 🙂 Hopefully I have time to go soon cos most HK / China films especially those that aren't romance with pretty actors don't last long in the cinema sadly. 🙁
Hi midnight son, just want to ask though and i can see that u still use the ttracing spidey gaming chair, is there any issues like leather coming off or something? coz i want to buy it too but the other reviews from other people esp the leather said it won't last for a year and the leather from that brand has a tendency to come off :(((
