I have lived in Austria for over 20 years. My favorite benefits are the safety, public transport and the beauty in Austria. I have always felt safe walking in Vienna, no matter what neighborhood or time of day. That would be unheard of back in San Francisco. Public transport is so clean and reliable! Unfortunately I haven't had good experience with the hospitals (my husband waited 7 hours in an ambulance after a massive stroke) and I find the school system very outdated, especially the 2-track system. All in all, I love living in Austria!

I was offer a study place but the issue now is that the tuition fees is bit high to pay at once. So I written the College asking them if I can pay the fees installment and if there's a possibility for scholarship. So yeah that's it.

Hello, Every government school here in Austria is free that is one don´t pay school fees, but there are little amount one pay here and then for other things.... You can only pay school fees when you children attend private school.

Learnt there are international schools for expat kids but you pay about 5000 euros a year on tuition. You can always find students jobs in Austria. Go Mac Donald, Primark or any hotel close to your home and tell them you want Job, there are possibilities of jobs there

As a student you are entitled to work for maximum of 20 hours according to Austria law, but during your vacation. During your vacation you can work more than 20 hours to make more money and take care of your bills. I don´t know any student from Graz or Vienna!

Non is quaranteed, you just have to try, even in the process of application you will see it writen that meeting all the requirements does not mean that your application will be granted. If you are going through family Reunion it is still same but their is 70% chances if all the requirements are met that visa will be qranted.

Yes free education but only for those that have Austrian passport and residence permit... must have lived and worked here for years...workers here pay more tax than most countries... the free education comes from tax payers money that is why for one to be qualified, you must have worked here for over years, paid your own share of tax and should be ready to learn German language🤣🤣, most foreigners don´t like that. Yes free education but only for those that have Austrian passport and residence permit... must have lived and worked here for years...workers here pay more tax than most countries... the free education comes from tax payers money that is why for one to be qualified, you must have worked here for over years, paid your own share of tax and should be ready to learn German language🤣🤣, most foreigners don´t like that. Thank you!
