Prophetic encounters can be anything from regular (or as Apostle prefers to put it, supernatural) to extraordinary.
Juxtapose the prophetic encounters of these two prophets: Jeremiah and Ezekiel. God comes to Jeremiah and asks, 'What do you see?' He replies, 'I see the rod of an almond tree'. God says, 'You have seen well, for I will hasten my word to perform it.' Then he waltzes over to Ezekiel and doesn't as much as ask him what he sees, he simply slaps him upside down the head with an entire movie of creatures like burning coals of fire, with four faces, two wings and calf feet; a wheel within a wheel with eyes within the wheel; God's throne held aloft by the spirit and terrible crystal and everything that leaves him floored with fear.
