I got top marks 5* The inspection went well, my husband was with me, she didn't wear an apron to inspect my kitchen but she was impressed by me wearing my apron and head covering, I only wore it because I thought she would. I got most of the questions right that she aksed and the ones I didnt know she helped me with. She saw my eagerness to learn and how tidy my kitchen was and she gave me a 5. Thank you so much. We just constantly searched Google for new units in Birmingham. So we would say search every day and when you find something you like do all your research and make sure you get a good solicitor to make sure everything is legit. Also check all the agreements and legals as there tends to be a lot of hidden stuff. ❤ wa iyaak. Hope this helps.

I'm in the US and preparing to do a cottage (home) bakery, but I am striving to be at your level just to cover all the bases. A big question I have is if I need to bother with HACCP. It is indeed the same program here in the US, but based on what I've read, I don't think I need to do it. It says you have to form the plans with a team member who is HACCP certified, so I would have to get certified to even do it, which looks like it is 18 course hours (and amazingly appears to be free). I'm not doing anything with meat or vegetables, but my baked goods do use milk, eggs, and raspberry preserves. Anyway, great video. I've written some things down from listening to you that I need to do. Wish me luck!

Here in the UK we have to do this as part of our hygiene regulations. It does have really good points to follow and helps you structure the business in regards to hygiene. So maybe purchase the pack and fill it in so that you have all processes and procedures in one place. Hope it all goes well!
