The Achmed arms, and rib cage thing is part of the bit. If you have seen any of his other bits he has done it before, however it is still funny every time. I toss on a Jeff Dunham special anytime I am working in my home office and need background noise. I know what is coming, and I still laugh at them every time. Jeff Dunham is the best!
