Bit late to the party but the watch is timeless, pardon the pun. I've owned one for 7 months and say to anyone considering buying one, go for It you won't be disappointed. Longines style, heritage, class, quality and price, hard to beat.
Great little review and agree this watch represents outstanding value. However, you omitted one extremely important fact - this watch has a column wheel chronograph. That’s a big deal at this price point.
@@paulam8493 Explain what exactly? Column-wheel chronographs offer crisper action and better performance, which is why you find it in say a Rolex Daytona. The alternative is something like a Speedmaster, which is not column-wheel anymore (hasn't been for a long, long time) and uses a lateral clutch chronograph setup. When you can find column-wheel chronograph in watches below $3K CAD (using my local currency), that's a pretty damn good deal.
It's just a superb watch. I thought of owning one for absolutely years and eventually bought myself one a few years back. I went for the 40mm though. EVen though my wrist is larger than the reviewers (17cm) i felt the 40cm watch wore better and looked more sophisticated. For the money, to have a triple full calendar, moonphase, column wheel chrono, blued steel hands, excellent dial decoration, a well decorated visible movement and a crocodile deployment strap... all insane for the money. This watch would still be good value at twice the price.
@@gmansplit bro, this shit is like diamonds, artificial price and complexity. The engineering is not complicated and in an age of industrial micron metal printing and mass assembly this shit could be 45 bucks on alibaba.
@O.o LOL I should have said that differently. You're absolutely correct that a company could make a perpetual calendar for 2500 or less in 2019. What I was more so trying to say is that in the current luxury watch market there is absolutely no way that any company would.
I used to own one of these Watches. Stunning Watch with great features from a good brand at a great price.

Very nice review.
Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed it! - WatchBox Team
How about Demonstrating the Chronograph?
how much did it go for ? I missed it.
It's like 3.2k
Hello nice video but why it's mark L 678.2 on the back of the watch ?
it's not the model L2.773.4.78.3 ?
The model L2.673.4.78.3 have the same nummber why ?
L678 is the reference to the movement, not the reference model of the watch.
Is the calendar perpetual? That is, does it adjust automatically for short months and even Leap Years?
It's a triple ( "full" ) calendar. Day-date-month ( + moonphase ). It does not adjust itself between 30 days long months and 31 days long months.
Mate, it is impossible for this to be a perpetual calendar for 2500. Simply impossible. As 2deep5u said, it does not adjust for different months.
