In 2018, I was on the edge of my seat when the rescue started and so elated with the outcome that I wrote to the Governor of Chaing Rai to congratulate him and the Thai people on a wonderful team effort. I sent the letter to the Royal Thai Embassy in my country and I received a card back with small flags of every country that participated in the rescue. I am really chuffed with that.
best movie that i seen in a long time.. No propaganda or politics, no 'hidden message' just an amazing story very well filmed, with an amazing casting.
Everyone who enjoyed this movie should watch the documentary on Disney+ "The Rescue". It's stellar.... A lot more details than in this movie but still super enjoyable to watch.
The movie is really great it made me watch 3 times in one day. But I have to use English subtitle when I watched instead of Thai. The northern Thai dialect (Lanna) shares ~50% of all words with central Thai (Siamese), but the accent is what is completely different and I can barely understand it at points. I guess the subtitle producer just missed the idea that we also need Thai to Thai translation 😂
Such a great film! I was actually watching the new series on Netflix about this, then I found out there was a movie, I stopped watching the documentary, watched the movie, jumped back on Netflix.
If you want to know more about the not so glamorous but also true part of this event, look up the channel "Thai Cave Rescue" - it answer a few questions like who lay the lines they were pulling themselves along with?
I took a SCUBA course in high school I really liked it. However, as the years passed, I’m way too afraid of claustrophobia to do it again. Idk why that happened-I was a competitive swimmer (very average one!), a lifeguard, always swam, then started getting afraid.
I know this is Prime Video but if anyone can find out where i can see this in a London cinema please tell me. It's says some cinema release but I cant find any. Any heads up would be massively appreciated.
What's the problem? Movies are based on true stories all the time and this shows many details we were not told in the media and shown how many heroes volunteered including thai villagers and is dedicated to the 2 SEALS who died. Historical films are important.
This isn't real. This is a fake news story that Ron Howard & Bill Gates planted so that they could make a movie about it four years later & rake in billions of dollars for the Deep State. Geez, if you went on more Quanon websites, you'd know what was going on.

Just watched the film last night, and even knowing how it would end I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
I loved how the Thai citizen actor who knew the mountains was useful. Small but neat detail.
I never knew about the incredible amount of work done by the 'water divertors' on top of the mountain. Great movie!
One of the finest movies made by Ron Howard. Worth the watch... multiple times!
A great story and a great movie! I'm not surprised if it'll be nominated for the Oscars.
This film was absolutely incredible
Such a bone-chilling and well-made movie
Great movie. Loved how the actors actually did the diving.

Agreed💥
I just watched the documentary, I cried a lot . Imagine 20days 😭
In COMPLETE Darkness (except for a sparing amount of flashlight usage) Without Food for first 10 days.

Absolutely amazing movie, watched it multiple times
For almost three weeks, the whole world was watching with bated breath. It’s not an exaggeration. We were one race that time. The human race.

hey Stream Wars, I think you meant to type Tom Bateman instead of Colin Farrell on the title.

And Sydney, Australia please. I’m desperate to see this movie.
I was able to find on netflix in America. ❤
They didn’t get lost, they got flooded in.
สวัสดีครับ
Hi
That's not Colin Farrell.
Nobody dies. Every children Safe. WTF
One person did die.
One of the Thai navy seals. And then another seal died after from an infection he got after the dives.
That is not Colin Farrell.
why everything has to be a movie?!!!!!!! dont they have their own ideas those was real lives! american people get a life!!!!!!!!!!

This movie celebrates incredible kids and incredible heroes, two of which died. You should get a life if that doesn’t touch you lmao
