- Most of us know what is MoolaTrikona. However most people in Astrology rarely have given importance to a planet in its Mooltrikona zone. In the first part of this video I have explained where is the Mooltrikona zone for each of the graha. This way you can see the difference from a graha being in its own sign. Then to prove a point, I have used the horoscope of Muhammad Ali the greatest boxer of our times. Muhammad Ali has Mars the warrior planet in the MoolTrikona of Mars. I await your comments.

+Ravinder Sharma Thank you for your encouraging feedback. I like the South Indian Chart not because I am a South Indian. Planets go round and round on the solar system. In the south Indian chart it is similar to that. In the North Indian chart, it goes zig zag which is unnatural. So when I was working in Maharshi Mahesh Yogi's Ashram, I convinced the organisation to give up the North Indian format and so in their software they changed the default setting to South Indian Chart. For a beginner the South Indian Chart is easy as it closely resembles a circle. The western Astrologers have been using the circle format for a long time. However the choice is yours.

Sir, can you do videos on how to interpret signs and planets relating to romantic/marital relationships in different countries/circumstance? What I mean is in a conservative Indian family what indicates marriage may indicate live-in for an urban couple or may indicate same-sex relationship in Delhi or in US...how will an astrologer combine astro chart and the country/society for a proper reading?
My second ask is say a set of people do engineering...what combinations will an architecture aspirant have different from a chemical engineering aspirant or a civl engineering aspirant...what I mean is within a broad category how can you get indications of the micro elements?

What is the mooltrikon for rahu and ketu
Hi Sir, When we do Bhava chart then the planets might move its position from mooltrikona for Ex Moon at 28degree in Taurus or exalted Venus in pisces (26 degree) then in bhava chart it will show in Gemini and Aries respectively. As a thumb rule for bhava chart do we have to provide exception for mooltrikona and exhalation positions. Please do clarify

+Rampriya Jobbasket We use the whole sign as Moolatrikona or whole sign as Exalted. This is a mistake. That is why I did this video to remove that kind of error. But do not worry. Moon is in Moolatrikona, you can take it as being between Exaltation and Own Sign status which is as good as exaltation but NOT exactly exaltation. So there is no problem. Even in Exaltation the peak point is the real point of exaltation. The next degree it is NO MORE EXALTED. But it loses it's exaltation gradually. Jupiter in 4 degree of Cancer is totally different from a Jupiter in 6 degree of Cancer.

+Srija Adhya You are right. But I left them out deliberately because I did not find the details of the degrees like for other 7 grahas for example Mars has its Mooltrikona for the 1st 12 degrees of Mesha. I am searching for this information and once I find them I will do a separate video on it.

If Saturn is in the 12th house even in the chalit / bhava chart then this is NOT A GOOD position. Release birds, animals and fish kept in captivity. You need to donate bed to orphanages. Do all the remedies on Saturdays. Donate once a year a wheel chair (black/dark blue) to a physically challenged poor person. Walk up the hill leading to a temple like Tirupati once a year.

I have heard that sir ketu in ashwini weakens mars until and unless mars is in Capricorn dhanishta and sun/Rahu in shatbisha now Saturn won't give the results in saturn's speed however now Either sun or rahu will decide the results of Aquarius, and rahu is Sagittarius also weakens Jupiter until and unless it's exalted in cancer

is venus in libra sign at 15.21 will be considered in mool trikona. As per your video it is first 15 degrees. What if it is combust with sun in 12th house at 16.50 degree. I think is not a good conjunction. Apart from this ketu at 22.47 degree in this house makes it a three planet conjunction. How do we read the effect in such situation. Which one will be more predominant effect in such case
+Ravinder Sharma Yes. You are right. These conjunctions are not good. Though you have not mentioned your Ascendant anyone can guess from your question it is Scorpio. So you must get involved with a social service organisation and give away beds to old age homes, charity to women, worship of GODDESS on FRIDAYS, avoid wearing Diamonds etc are some of the solutions. Avoid partnership business. Loss of wealth through risky business is also indicated.
I am working as a doctor in old age home. I do have a very strong bent for treating poor people for free. I had always worked for others and my family. Nobody likes me for this in my family but I get happiness in working for needy people

What could be the logic for mooltrikon exaltation etc in a certain portion of sign which doesn't even line up with nakshatra pada boundaries. Could it have to do with some other kinds of sign division?
I don't see any logic. Sometimes we just need to follow the instructions of the Masters. In fact there seems to be no logic on how planetary positions can reflect human life experiences. What do you think?
@@EKDhilipKumarAstrologer The logic regarding that is simple. There are higher controllers in the universe: Devtas. The ultimate controller is Parabrahman but Devtas are like limbs of Kalapurusha which is Universal manifestation of Parabrahman. Indra, Agni, Varuna are actually Demogds who reside in other Lokas. Shiva, Parvati, Ganpati also reside in their own loka. These are actual existent beings.
We are residents of Bhuloka the middle planetary system, higher planetary systems are Bhuvarloka, Swargaloka etc. The controlling Devtas control the manifest planets and these planets are their representations as manifest to us. Everything including functioning of our bodies, rains, harvest etc is actually operated and controlled by Devtas. Ex Indra is controller of hand. Our experience is based on these interactions. Including the subtle elements of mind and intelligence. The Rishis have given the science of Divination revealed to them by higher beings like Lord Shambhu, Lord Brahma. This is how it goes. The logic is from the same Vedas where the astrology is taken from. This also explains why mantras work, if the planets were simply dead mass there is no point. The Vedic Siddhanta of wise Sages solves many questions at once.
There is noting randomly operating in the universe. In the second third and eleventh canto of Srimad Bhagavatam these basic facts of existence are made very clear. There is elaborate description of Universal form, role of Devtas with respect to us and the rest of the universal management.

+Gurpreet Singh If a planet is exalted it tends to give less bad results even if it is a functional malefic. If a planet is debilitated it tends to give less good results. This is the clue.

I have Saturn, Moon, and Venus in the Mooltrikona degrees. What does this exactly mean. I know I have a grand purpose in this life but I want to know the strengths and weaknesses of all three Mooltrikona.
Find out the role of these 3 planets and the position of other planets with regard to these planets. Use this knowledge along with Dasha and Antardasha knowledge. With reference to the Lagna (Ascendant) these planets will be telling you something very strong.
I have Sun and Jupiter conjunct 8th in scorpio. Ketu in the 1st in Aries. Mars DB'd in Cancer in the 4th. Retrograde venus is loosely conjunct Rahu with a 12 degree gap in 7th house Libra, and Rahu with a close conjunct w/ mercury.

No I have seen in some astrological videos. Similarly I have Sat in 7 house cap which is sasa mahapurusha Yoga... But they said it got cancelled due to Ven Mer conjunction in 9 house.

People say that planets with 0-6 degree are in either bal or mrit state or in simple words they give very nominal result... Then how could any planet in mool trikona with 0 degree or 2 degree give powerful result? Suppose jupiter in sagitarius with 0 degree is in 'bal' state but also having placed in its mool trikona.. Then how to interpreat this?
Just think about this logic. Does not Maharishi Parasara know what you know. That means apply the rules responsibly. The balaadi avasthas etc cannot override the more important rule. The balaadi avasthas happen all over the 12 Rasis. But MoolaTrikona is only in 1 place or exaltation is only in 1 place. What is rare is given MORE IMPORTANCE and Balaadi avastha rule is to be ignored at such times. In rare times all people have to stay home (Virus Time). But staying home for months is bad right? But in Virus time it is exempted. Always ask the question "DOES NOT MAHARISHI PARASARA know this"? Then all your doubts will vanish. I request you to join my online astrology class for beginners.

+Prabhu Sp It is very good as the 6th house lord in the 6th gives rise to a powerful Vipareeta Rajayoga, moreover for Cancer Asc, Jupiter is a FUNCTIONAL benefic. If it is within the MoolaTrikon zone then it surely does give better results.

Great and as per the classic. Sir, I am also of cancer ascendant and no planet is in 5th house and Mars placed in the 10th house of Aries of "14 21 04" therefore I am not like Mohammed Ali. My Mars is aspected by Rahu in Sagittarius placed in the 6th house in conjunction with moon and in bhava chart Venus placed in the 4th house (Venus is Vargottama as in Rashi chart and in Navmansh Venus is placed in Virgo). I am of Moola Nakshatra Pada 1. My age is 42, from last 16 years fighting in the court for and along with my father for his various litigations, and in my personal business whatever I started the line itself ending or associates are doing cheatings therefore I have to close the business. My Mars Mahadasha started from January 2015 but I am facing daily 2 to 5 new problems. Previously I thought that in Mars Mahadasha I will defeat all the enemies, as per classic, as sun is in 2nd house, moon is in 6th house and mars is in 10th house (Trine), but in mars mahadasha I am beaten and unfavourable wrong court interim order against my father and elder brother. Therefore now I have some doubts on astrology and classic though I am interested in astrology from last about 20 years.
+Eshaan Lucky i can understand your frustration. even though mars is ruling in 10th house , other aspects also has to be seen . Moreover, you should understand the concept of shubha grahas and paabha grahas. Benefics and malefics. Evem though , all planets can bestow benefits to a peson, but ti is related to the kaaragothwas of the said planet and related to the bhava in which its placed. STill a benefic is a benefic and a malefic is a malefic. saturn , mars , rahu and ketu are basically malefics and their dashas are bound to have negative effects however placed it is in the natal chart. SImilarly, a natural benefic and jupiter and venus will always bestow benefits related to it in their maha dashas irrespective of how badly placed it is . when it is badly placed, benefit reduces. thats all

+murali krishna Sir thanks for your reply and your precious time used for that, but Mars is benefic Ati Subh for cancer ascendant and dik bali in 10th house and this placement and 10th house here is more powerful than ascendant so it is the ruling house for my chart, and mars is in Aries then how it can give bad effects and in my chart it is strongest planet and also making kul deepak yoga as explained by me earlier. Dear Sir, How can you relate the Moola trikona degrees to the AVASTHAS of Planets . For eg. Jupiter in Saggitarius has Moola Trikona degrees from 0-10 degrees, but any palent at these degrees in the said sign will have MRUTA ( 1-6degree)or VRIDDHA ( 6-12 degree) Avasthas. Practically no effect fro these AVASTHAS. How to judge?. Please advise
