    Thank you Dr Hauser. I appreciate each and every video you do. I have learned so much about cervical instability. I finally found an AO Chiropractor in my area. Finally will get some Xrays of C1-C2 and figure out what the next step will be. It is completely amazing how badly cervical instability can affect ones health so severely.

    Also, can cognition and intellect be enhanced after correcting cervical instability? I'm from Spain working in Paris (France) in optogenetics and neurophysiology and having had brain fog, it has been very hard to study and be productive. I have to read something a thousand times and it still doesn't sink in my head.... :(
    I looooove your astounding presentations and I appreciate that you put references in your slide ;)

    I yawned all day constantly for many years. I corrected my tongue posture, corrected swallowing now constantly swallowing with back of my tongue engaging front neck muscles, and started consistently breathing in and out through my nose. I did not do this for my yawning but for my neck, shoulder pain, and better neck posture. After doing this for a week I notice I’ve rarely yawned. This video popped up when I searched why I was yawning so much before. I also started releasing tongue tension wow. My energy has increased along with almost all neck and shoulder pain gone no headache this week. Can my brain function go back to normal after correcting the cause?

      You will feel it. Your head feels very full, like pressurized. If it turns into a headache it is a very different sort of headache. I also get very full feeling in my ears, also my eyes feel the pressure from behind my eyeballs. Dr Hauser might explain it better, but that is my experience.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Год назад +1

      Instability can be caused by a number of things, environment, diet, lack of exercise, work, etc. Stretched ligaments can occur over time in the CREEP phenomena which is a degenerative condition brought on by wear and tear from the head down work (computer) or chronic cell phone use. We can treat instability in our office with Prolotherapy treatments. We have a lot of great resources on our website if you're interested! It could be but it's also highly likely that these symptoms are due to ADD (ADHD but without hyperactivity). With ADD and ADHD, your executive functions are impaired which leads to exactly the kind of symptoms you describe. Try to look more into that and take an adhd test online!

      Yawning may be a way for the body to cool down the brain. The brain tries to cool down by getting new cooler blood which pushes out the warmer venous blood. Dr. Hauser recently wrote an article about excessive yawning and its correlation to neurologic disease, if you'd like to do some further research it is linked below.

    What about severe neck/jaw cramps while yawning?
    This may sound off the cuff...but what about excessive burping? Possibly vagus nerve related?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Год назад +1

      It sure is contagious, isn't it?! :) Good question, yes excessive burping can be part of the vagus nerve/digestion link and/or related to diet. Both could be worth looking into. With neck and jaw instability, there can be cramping with yawning and jaw movement in general. Hope you're doing well and wishing you and the family a Happy Thanksgiving!

    I recently started mouth-taping when I sleep at night to increase my nitric oxide levels to bring down blood pressure and improve overall health. But I have experienced excessive yawning since starting this practice and am wondering what the connection could be?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Год назад +2

      hi @deliapfenninger4285 - Excessive yawning can be caused by drops in oxygen levels at night….so why not check your O2 (oxygen) saturation at night with Oura ring (or something like it) with and without mouth taping and see if the oxygen saturation is less with mouth taping, that might be a good place to start!
