This was a great video. I was afraid of the snowball block until recently and I think this video would have got me to do it sooner. But I'm on my way to adding these patterns to my to do list soon.
Hi Rita! I'm gonna h as ve to get a t shirt and a cardinal spinner! It must be exciting getting all that pretty stuff in the mail every day! Blessings!
What a fun video!! I am a cat lover so I had to pause and go purchase the cat kit that you showed last. I think your idea of using Amore is a good one, and I also selected Easy Street as the pattern option for my kit. I can’t wait to sew this one up! I have also made Favorite Things several times and it is one of my favorites. I used cat fabric for it previously and it is adorable, such an easy quilt to put together. Thanks for sharing your time and talents.
This is great. I would like to see more instructional videos mixed with the sales videos. I think you would sell more if you showed more educational videos.
Such gorgeous fabrics, always and cannot get most in Australia ☹ The ombres you get are always so striking and they are just impossible to buy here. Can only admire from afar! Great tutorial as usual. Whenever I see the Fandango pattern, which I love, I always feel that the half snowball should have the focus fabric as my eye goes to that block and it makes a zig zag path. So good to see these beautiful fabrics and patterns twice a week 🥰
Beautiful quilts! Really love the images especially the extra one for the kitties!! Agree, your patterns are so versatile!! Ready to make a snowball or half snowball quilt!!! Great video!
I have made the Favorite Things quilt. I will be cutting out another one today. My fabric choice is Gnomes on blue background. This pattern is so easy and I can use big or small prints. I love the kits you showed today.
Before you trim your corner ...fold the corner back to be sure they match perfectly....when I snowball a corner...just sew a thread width off the drawn line towards the corner you cut off....then BeforeI trim the corner...I fold it back to be sure the corners match...if it's a little big...I finish the other corners.then press and check the size with a square ruler and trim if necessary
When I have a large triangle to cut off....I sew another stitch line 1/2 inch away from the first toward the corner you cut off...then cut between the lines ...now you have a 1/2 Sq triangle ready for another use....I have used these in the boarder before

Beautiful fabric!
I love Fran’s blouse. She looks exceptionally sharp in this video.
You're so sweet!
These were all so pretty! When I do a big snowball, I always sew 1/2" away from the line (toward the corner) so that I get no effort HSTs when I trim!
Love all 3 yard quilt books. Great easy instructions.
Thanks Sarah!
Garden scape by blank quilting. Fabulous fabric collection.
Love the way you show the kit information AND how the kit will look in the quilt all in one shot!

I'm so glad!
I recently made Favorite Things and used the excess snowballs in a border. So cute.

The Doug Loke ruler is a great ruler for snowballing even those 1 1/2 inch tiny snowballs
Thanks for the suggestion!

I have made 3 of the quilts with snowball corners, you make it look easy. Easy to cut easy to sew but when I put them together they are wonky!!!!
